Formally the Transition Resource Fair, we are taking a more target approach to offer on-site services to those in transition from prison and jail, and their families. An pre-screening is offered to help identify what the barriers to successful reentry are. The attendee will then be provided SOLUTIONS! Attendees will walk away with information and/or services to address their specific need(s). We encourage those in transition and their family members to attend on September 18, 2015, at the New Holly Campus of South Seattle College - 7058 32nd Ave S - from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Also provided, are financial workshops to address legal financial obligations.
