Seeking Sex Offender Treatment Provider

The Chief Probation and Pretrial Services Officer of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington intends to procure sex offender treatment services in the Western District of Washington, specifically in Island, Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom, counties for persons under federal supervision using Blanket Purchase Agreements. Solicitations for Blanket Purchase Agreements may be issued for Districts in all the United States and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, District of Guam, and the commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Required services may include evaluations and reports, penile plethysmographs, polygraph examinations, maintenance and monitoring tests, individual and group counseling, and chaperone training. 

 

Seeking Mental Health Treatment Provider

The Chief Probation and Pretrial Services Officer of United States District Court for the Western District of Washington intends to procure mental health services in the Western District of Washington, specifically Clallam, Island, Jefferson, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific Pierce, Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom counties for Federal persons under supervision using Blanket Purchase Agreements. Solicitations for Blanket Purchase Agreements may be issued for Districts in all the United States and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, District of Guam, and the commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Required services may include evaluations and assessments, individual and group counseling, and suicide assessments. 

 

Seeking Urine/Drug Testing Provider

The Chief Probation and Pretrial Services Officer of United States District Court for the Western District of Washington intends to procure an agency to collect urine samples for drug testing, in the Western District of Washington, specifically Clallam County. We typically supervise between five to ten individuals in that region who are required to undergo periodic drug testing as a condition of their supervision. We are seeking a provider who can collect urine specimens, package them appropriately, and ship them to our office in Seattle for testing. All shipping costs will be covered by our office. We will supply all necessary materials, including collection cups, lids, bags, and chain of custody forms. Additionally, we will work closely with your team to coordinate appropriate testing schedules and can arrange for a staff member from our office to provide training to your personnel.

 

Interested vendors must respond on time, and clearly show that (1) they can provide services; both in person and through telehealth, in the county in which you are soliciting for (2) such services will be provided by certified, licensed professionals with experience in such treatment and (3) prices of such treatment shall be as low as or lower than those charged the vendor’s most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions.
