    Important:  Although marijuana is currently legal under the laws of the State of Washington, marijuana, whether medically authorized or not, is not legal under federal law.  Any use, possession, distribution, or cultivation of marijuana, whether medically authorized or not, is a violation of the conditions of supervision.

    The U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services offices for the Western District of Washington are located in Everett, Seattle, Tacoma, Tukwila and Vancouver.  You can find address and phone information here.

    Our Freedom to Incarceration program is designed to answer questions about the sentencing process in order to reduce the associated anxiety.

    Our Reentry program is dedicated to providing career assistance to clients trying to obtain meaningful employment.

  • U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services

    Pretrial, Presentence Investigation and Post Conviction Supervision work collaboratively to serve the community and the Court.

  • Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT)
